Please note that the customers will always be responsible for paying any import bills they may receive.

EU Orders are sent duty paid, as long as you live within an EU member state you should not have to pay any import taxes for your order.

When importing items to outside of the UK, this will always incur a customs inspection which we always provide the correct paperwork for. We cannot be held responsible for how long it takes your order to pass through customs.

If your order cannot be delivered due to incorrect information or missed deliveries, it will be returned to us at the courier’s discretion. Once we receive it, we will contact you. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges for redelivery.

We sincerely hope you’re happy with your One Collective Studios purchase. If, for any reason, you’re not, you have 14 days from receiving your order to return it. If you decide to return your item, simply use our integrated return system. Visit https://www.onecollectivestudios.com/apps/return-and-exchange to begin. Once your return is initiated, a return label will be emailed to you. We are happy to exchange your item or issue a refund for all or part of your order.

To start your return, have the email associated with your order and your order number ready.

One Collective Studios Returns Process

1. Visit our Return & Exchange page by clicking the Return & Exchange button in your account under "orders" or click the link in the footer menu.
2. Enter your email address.
3. Follow the steps to choose a return or exchange for your selected items.
4. Complete the returns process and payment to receive a DHL shipping label via email.
5. Print out the returns label and securely attach it to the outside of the box, covering the original label if possible.
6. Place the items back in the box and seal securely.
7. Take the box to a local DPD drop-off point; find your nearest here: DPD Drop-off Finder. Enter your postcode to locate the closest drop-off point.
8. Upon receiving your order and passing the inspection process, we will process your store credit, refund, or exchange, with updates emailed throughout the process.

Processing Timeline

Once received, returns may take up to 14 working days to process. Please note processing times may extend during holidays.

Unregistered Items

Items not registered in your return request cannot be processed.

Exchanges

We currently offer size exchanges only for the same product. To exchange for a different item, please return the original item and place a new order. If chosen during the return process, a store credit or refund will be issued once items are approved.

Refunds

Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and refunds may take up to 10 working days depending on your payment provider’s processing times.

Product Condition

Returned items must be in resellable condition—unworn, with all tags intact, and without strong scents. The decision on resellable condition is at our discretion.

Non-returnable & Bespoke Items

Items that are custom-finished or manually produced are non-returnable, with all sales final. Due to hygiene, socks and undergarments are also non-returnable.
